About Passions Conflict
Passions Conflict is a formal script by Robert Leuschke, published under the SIL Open Font License. It is fully joined: every lowercase letter connects to the next. Its x-height is low at 18 percent of the em, so the lowercase sits small under tall ascenders and needs size to stay legible. Capitals and some terminals carry a flourish (swash extent 0.305), enough to decorate without crowding the next letter. The stance is a clear right slant at about 24 degrees. It suits wedding stationery, invitations, certificates.
How the letters connect
Using Passions Conflict
Keep Passions Conflict at 24 point or larger in print and 32 pixels or larger on screen; below that the small lowercase start to blur. Export SVG for cutting machines with Weld on, so the connected letters cut as one shape, and PNG at 300 DPI for print or a transparent PNG for a layout you make yourself. Before committing, check the capital of your first word, since capitals vary more between script fonts than the lowercase does.
Licence and download
Passions Conflict is published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (OFL) by Robert Leuschke, verified 2026-09-06. The images you make here may be printed, sold on goods and used in logos with no fee or attribution. The font file may be installed and embedded but not sold on its own.
To use it in Word, Google Docs or Cricut Design Space, download the file from the source repository, install it (double-click, then Install) and restart the app. For joined script on a cutting machine, weld the text so it cuts as one shape, or upload the SVG from the generator instead of typing in Design Space.
