Sentence sheets put joins, spacing and capitals together. Each line shows the model in the instructional face and leaves a ruled line beneath for copying; passages split into sentences automatically. Choose the single-baseline ruling once the letter heights are steady.
Sentence work exposes three things that letter drills hide: spacing between words, the return to the baseline after a descender, and the pen lifts that punctuation demands. The short-sentence sheet is built from simple words and plain capitals so the writer can attend to those three things rather than to hard letters. The pangram sheet is the stress test, since every letter of the alphabet appears; the passage sheet introduces multi-line writing, where keeping a consistent slant across lines becomes the challenge.
Use single-baseline ruling as soon as letter heights are steady, because it is what notebook paper looks like and the midline becomes a crutch if it stays too long. The adult-size sheet at 3/8 inch is the last step before ordinary lined paper. Any sentence of your own (a spelling sentence, a poem, a line from the class book) can be added through the generator's sentence template with the same face and ruling. Keep the model in view while writing, and stop at the first sign of drift rather than finishing a line badly.
